Delivery & Availability; Most orders are sent out within a week but this is an aim not a promise. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Occasionally items may be out of stock as some tools are handmade and many are imported. If the delay is more than two weeks you will be notified and advised of a probable delivery time.

Postage Rates; Post and packing is charged at cost. Packaging materials are recycled where possible.

Prices; Price increases are sometimes unavoidable due to fluctuation in exchange rates and increases in production costs. For small increases we will invoice the amount and send on the order.

Invoices: Some Local Authority and Official orders are accepted, phone for details.
